This article is for Administrators of schools who do not use Cases21

State Schools that use Cases21 must add teachers to Cases21 so they can be imported to uEducateUs via the eduHub sync process.

Schools that do not use Cases21 can follow these instructions to manually add a teacher to uEducateUs.

View Teachers

  • Login to uEducateUs and expand your browser window so the left-hand main menu is visible.

  • Click the 3-bar hamburger menu at the top left if you can’t see the menu.

  • Click Management > People > Teachers

Add a Teacher

Use these steps to add a teacher to uEducateUs. You can add their personal details later if required.

  • Click the green ➕ button.

  • Add the teacher’s first and last name.

Username and password

  • Enter a custom username and password, or leave the fields blank and uEducateUs will automatically generate them.

Kiosk code (optional)

  • Enter a custom Kiosk code or leave blank and uEducateUs will automatically generate a unique code.

Set permissions

  • Select the Permissions the teacher will have to access and change areas on the system.

Save and close

  • Click Save when you’re finished.
