Messages are sent for a number of reasons, including announcements, direct communication and newsletters.
Click Communication > Conversations
If you can’t see your messages, try these solutions.
Click Clear Filter on the conversations page.
uEducateUs provides separate login accounts for users who are Parents AND Teachers.
Click your username at the top right.
Select the alternate login account if it’s present in the drop-menu.
Alternatively, just logout and login again as the alternate user account.
You should contact your school Administrator if you still don’t see your messages.
If they can’t work out the solution, they’ll contact uEducateUs support.
