Confirmation on read announcements

It’s sometimes useful to get confirmation an announcement has been received and read.

One way to do this is to enable Comments on announcements, and include a note to request confirmation when read.

Administrators and Teachers will find these settings in Communication.

Open Communication

 

  • Click Communication > Announcements

Create or edit an announcement

  • Create or Edit an announcement

  • Tick Allow Comments

  • Add a note in the announcement to request confirmation the announcement has been read.
