Attendance codes are used to calculate attendance statistics for the school.
They are automatically updated for schools using the EduHub Sync and Cases21.
Attendance codes have the following settings:
Enabled - code is available for all classes
Ignored - code is not counted toward attendance statistics
Administrators can also enable or disable the following student attendance states for the code:
Click Attendance > Attendance Codes.
Name the code and give it a brief description.
Enable the code and whether it contributes to attendance statistics.
Choose the different attendance states the code can have:
Click Save when finished.
You cannot edit an attendance code that has been used to ensure data integrity.
Contact uEducateUs support if you require an edit.
Default attendance codes can be set for specific events. They can be changed by teachers for the student if required.
Click Default attendance codes.
Choose the default code for each attendance event.
