Privileges > Change username

This FAQ is for Administrators

Administrators can change their own usernames by default.

However, you must grant this privilege to all Teachers, Parents or Students.

View School Preferences

 

  • Click Management > Advanced > School Preferences

Grant or Revoke Change Username

  • Click Users and scroll to Select which user types should be able to change their own username

  • Tick each user type to grant the privilege.

  • Untick the user types to revoke the privilege.

  • Click Save when finished.
