Privileges > Change uEducateUs app PIN

This FAQ is for the school Chief Administrator or Principal

Users who install the uEducateUs app can set their own four-digit PIN when they login for the first time.

You must grant users the privilege to change their uEducateUs App Pin to allow them to change the PIN through the browser web interface.

View School Preferences

 

  • Login to uEducateUs and expand your browser window so the left-hand main menu is visible.

  • Click the 3-bar hamburger menu at the top left if you can’t see the menu.

 

  • Click Management > Advanced > School Preferences.

Grant or revoke Change PIN

  • Click Users then scroll to Select which user types should be able to change their own login PIN

  • Tick each user type to grant the privilege.

  • Untick each user type to revoke the privilege.

  • Click Save when finished.
