Introduction
The release notes have been set up to allow the different user types to easily find the issues that are relevant to them. For example, if you are a parent, you only need to look in the Parents category to find all issues that affect you.
The focus of this release was:
The introduction of a comprehensive Case Notes module within the uEducateUs system.
The new case notes module allows schools to easily record and track on-going student checks, assessments, interventions etc. Features include the following:
The ability to restrict which admins and teachers are able to view and create certain case note categories.
The ability to add subcategories to case note categories, to allow flexible note recording and retrieval.
Case notes can be linked to one another, allowing for clear ongoing tracking of certain student issues.
A customisable summary report that lists the students who have case notes recorded against them.
The default Attendance Codes have been updated to comply with the Department Of Education (D.O.E.) 2020 requirements.
Various other improvements and issue resolutions.

[CR-1696] Login - The 'Forgotten Password' function now checks for a valid username.
[CR-1262] Tests - Improvements to the user experience when viewing and creating tests.

[CR-1504] Student Overviews - It's now possible to distinguish students with the same names in a student search.
[CR-1539] Attendance/Classes - The End Date for an individual student can now be recorded for a specific class.
[CR-1541] Arrivals & Departures - The option to automatically send notifications to teachers in relation to a stents arrival or departure has been implemented.
[CR-1597] User Login Letters - New letters have been modified to include more useful information.
[CR-1601] Incidents - The 'Date Modified' column has been added to the information table for easier filtering.
[CR-1608] Arrivals & Departures - Students with the same name are now easy to distinguish.
[CR-1625] Absent Notes - Parents can no longer add 'past dates' to new and current absent notes. This practice was causing issues for several schools.
[CR-1633] Incidents - The identification of and function of 'required fields' has be improved for better useability.
[CR-1644] Incidents - The ability to export incidents based on the 'Incident ID' has been removed as it was not required.
[CR-1666] Staff Sign Ins - The 'Staff Sign Ins' report can now be generated in .csv format.
[CR-1667] System Job Queues - The job queues have been refactored for better system performance.
[CR-1698] Announcements - The option to only allow the 'sender' to see replies from recipients is now available.
[CR-1749] Logging in - The error message displayed when a user attempts to log in to a disabled account has been improved for better useability.
[CR-1771] Incidents - The 'Incident Details' field has been added to the incident reports (was previously missing).
[CR-1772] Announcements - The 'Create Announcements' user interface has been redesigned for a better user experience.

[CR-1614] Kiosk - Resolve issues that were caused when the Kiosk entries were not set to update attendance rolls.
[CR-1651] Kiosk - Visitor sign-ins are now Campus specific.
[CR-1658] Tasks - It's no longer possible to edit certain task settings after any student has been graded.
[CR-1662] Data Analysis - Plot points in the data analysis graphs now plot in the correct order.
[CR-1665] Data analysis - Graph data points now scale correctly.
[CR-1689] Tests - The 'Print Results' button now functions as expected.
[CR-1783] Timetable - The 'Select All' checkboxes now use the correct logic.
