Welcome to the uEducateUs 1.32 release

Introduction

These release notes have been set up to allow the different user types to easily find the issues that are relevant to them. For example, if you are a parent, you only need to look in the Parents category to find all issues that affect you.

 

Key new features in this release:

  • CR-2871 - uEducateUs Mobile (Android) App
    A new uEducateUs Mobile app has been released to the google play store.

  • CR-2903 Ability to manage multiple parent preference settings
    Manage parent SMS, Push and Email settings on a single page with filter options.

  • CR-2874 Ability to clone a test
    Tests can now be cloned to allow for easy data entry when another test of the same type has been completed.

  • CR-2849 Provide School wide absent information
    The Overview > Attendance section now includes absent/present attendance percentage in chart format.

  • CR-2894 Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) Goal Bank
    ILP goals can now be populated from the goal bank.

  • CR-2878 Option to create absent notes if absent explanation has been received
    If enabled, unexplained absent reasons provided by parents (Absent explanations) can also create absent note entries.

  • CR-2862 Add icon to show photo restrictions exist for a student
    Students are flagged if their photo should not be published

  • CR-2548 Current Alert - Overdue EduHub sync/write-back
    Notification and emails are issued if your eduHub sync/write-back is overdue.
