1.34 Release Notes

Welcome to the uEducateUs 1.34 release

Introduction

These release notes have been set up to allow the different user types to easily find the issues that are relevant to them. For example, if you are a parent, you only need to look in the Parents category to find all issues that affect you.

 

Key new features in this release:

  • CR-3035 Mandatory absent notes / absent explanation comments
    Schools can now make comments mandatory for absent notes and absence explanations

  • CR-3051 Add semester report attachments (uEducateUs Mobile)
    Attachments included in semester reports are also listed in the reporting section of the new uEducateUs Mobile app

  • CR-3105 Customise feature section of welcome letters
    When issuing welcome letters, administrators can overwrite the system features that apply to parents

  • CR-2982 Sort Attendance rolls by Year > Student
    Attendance rolls can now be set to display based on Year Level > Student Surname, First Name

  • CR-3136 Add option to Archive Gallery Entries
    Public and Class albums can be archived, removing them from view but remaining available for Administrators.

  • CR-3033 & CR-3031 DAT: Custom Test Types (Year Level & Vic Curriculum)
    Custom test types can be created for data analysis purposes.
