Welcome to the uEducateUs 1.29 release

Introduction

These release notes have been set up to allow the different user types to easily find the issues that are relevant to them. For example, if you are a parent, you only need to look in the Parents category to find all issues that affect you.

 

Key new features in this release:

  • [CR-2575] Announcement - Read status
    You can now see who has accessed an announcement.

  • [CR-2633] Learning tasks - Teacher Name
    You can choose to allocate a class teacher when creating a task

  • [CR-2648] Update Help & Resources
    Page layout has been updated and also includes a link to the Knowledge Base. Existing help and resources documents will be reviewed and updated throughout the year.

  • [CR-2649] eduHub Connector - Daily Attendance Export
    A new version of the eduHub connector has been released that includes an automated attendance write-back process that occurs every day.

  • [CR-2655] Attendance Audit Log
    Attendance records that have been changed by staff after the roll has been marked will be listed here.

  • [CR-2698] Behaviour - Add option to customise Location
    You can now customise the behaviour location to suit your school.

  • [CR-2702] Permission Slips - Ability to edit equipment
    Page layout and navigation options have been improved

  • [CR-2706] Permission Slips - Add option to hide entry on diary
    You can now hide a permission slip event so it will not show on the diary

  • [CR-2709] Incidents - Activity
    New field has been added to incidents so you can record the activity at the time of the incident. This must be enabled via the Incident Type management section.

  • [CR-2711] Incomplete Enrolment reminder
    An incomplete enrolment reminder can be enabled via School Preferences > Enrolment to issue a recurring reminder that a parent has an incomplete enrolment application.

  • [CR-2694] - Private Schools: Part Time students FTE status (Private Schools)
    Private schools can now set a part time students FTE

  • [CR-2696] - Private Schools: Non Government school Census
    Additional data list report for school hub census import
