Once a permission slip is created, you can make changes to participating students.

Before you start

View permission slip students

 

  • Click Events > Permission Slips > View Permission Slips.

  • Click View on your permission slip.

  • Click Students.

Filter students by name or criteria

You can display a subset of students based on filter criteria.

  • Click Filter.

  • Enter a student name, OR

  • Choose the criteria:

    • Approval status

    • Year level

    • Class

    • Medical consent

    • Payment status.

  • Click Apply filter.

  • Click Clear filter to restore the default view

View an individual student

  • Click > View on a student.

Add students

  • Click Add Students.

  • Tick the classes to include.

  • Click Update list.

  • Tick each student to include.

  • Click Add selected students.

Remove students

A permission slip requires at least one student to be approved.

  • Click Events > Permission Slips > View Permission Slips.

  • Click View on your permission slip.

  • Click Students.

  • Click > Delete on the student.

  • Click OK to confirm.
