Semester reports > enable learning area comments

This tutorial is for Administrators

You can enable learning area comments for semester reports using these steps.

Before you start

Step one: view semester report management


  • Click Reporting > F-10 > Management

Step two: enable student achievements

  • Click Semester Reports

  • Scroll down to Subject comment types

  • Tick What Student Has Achieved

  • Click Save.

Step three: view subjects

  • Click Management > School > Subjects.

Step four: enable learning area comments

  • Click > Edit for the subject.

  • Click Yes for Allow learning area comments

Step five: save and close

  • Click Save.
