Reports released in prior semesters are historical records and cannot be edited for the following reasons:
They have been viewed by parents and students;
Parent Teacher interviews have taken place and the report specifics discussed;
Scores have been recorded in Cases21 (where relevant).
The school principal must raise a support ticket and make a written request to edit an archived semester report.
