This article is for Administrators that have been granted Monitor Conversations

An administrator granted Monitor Conversations can invisibly watch all conversations in the system.

View conversations

  • Click Communication > Conversations

Monitor conversations

To view a list of all conversations currently in the system and view individual messages.

  • Click Global Conversations.

  • Click View on each conversation.

Filter conversations

You can filter the list of conversations by date or by participant name

  • Click Filter

  • Enter a start and/or end date

  • Enter a participant name

  • Click Apply Filter when ready.

  • Click Clear Filter to display all conversations.
