Cases21 school Administrators should perform an EduHub Desktop import once Cases21 tasks and rollover are complete.

Step one: login and open EduHub Desktop

Login to the Administrator computer where EduHub Desktop is installed.

  • Open EduHub Desktop.

Step two: set initial run to false

  • Click Statistics.

  • Click Set initial run to false.

Step three: manually import Cases21

Important: You must peform before this step.

  • Click Functions.

  • Click Manually import Cases21.
