This article is for Administrators and Teachers

You can generate two types of attendance reports:

  • Report on selected students

  • Report on all students

Open Attendance Reports

  • Login to uEducateUs and expand your browser window so the left-hand main menu is visible.

  • Click the 3-bar hamburger menu at the top left if you can’t see the menu.

  • Click Attendance > Attendance Reports.

Generate attendance report for selected students

  • Click Student Attendance > Specific Students.

Select report criteria

  • Choose settings under these criteria:

    • Year, Date Range

    • Types of attendance

    • Show student on separate page

Choose students

  • Enter student names in Search for specific students

Create report

  • Click Create.

Generate attendance report for all students

  • Click Student Attendance > Specific Students.

Select report criteria

  • Choose settings under these criteria:

    • Year, Date Range

    • Types of attendance

    • Show student on separate page

Choose students

  • Tick All students.

Create report

  • Click Create.
