Permission Slips > manual consent actions for parents/guardians

This tutorial is for Administrators.
Once a permission slip is published, parents and guardians receive a notification.
You can perform these manual consent actions on behalf of parents and guardians.
View permission slip students
Click Events > Permission Slips > View Permission Slips.
Click View on your permission slip.
Click Students.
Send notification reminder
Send a reminder to parents/guardians to request consent or payment.
Click Send notification.
Click Consent Pending or Payment required.
Click Send on the confirmation message.
View parental consent form
This is accessible if consent is granted.
Click > View approval form.
Accept consent
A parent/guardian will receive a notification if you accept or decline an event on their behalf.
Click > Accept event
Choose the parent or guardian.
Note any parent comments, and their consent.
Verify medical consent.
Click Submit.
Decline an event
A parent/guardian will receive a notification if you accept or decline an event on their behalf.
Click > Decline event
Choose the parent or guardian.
Note any parent comments, and their consent.
Verify medical consent.
Click Decline.
Set consent to pending
Accepted or declined consent can be reset to Pending where required.
Click > Set to Pending.
Click OK on the confirmation message.
Record payment
You can record partial or full payment for the student.
Click > Make partial payment OR Make full payment.
Enter the payment.
Click Submit.
Multiple student actions
You can approve consent, or make payments for multiple selected students.
Tick each student in the list.
Click Update selected to… and choose:
Approve and give consent
Make payment [partial] and enter the payment amount.
Make payment [full].
Click Go.
