Learn how to view, create, edit, disable and clone classes.
Create a campus with Manage Campuses
Create a year level with Manage year levels
Add timetable periods with Manage timetable periods
Create subjects with Manage subjects
Click Management > School > Classes.
Make modifications to a class.
Click > Edit
Make your changes.
Click Save when finished.
Remove a class from the timetable and retain for future use.
Click > Disable
Tick send notifications to parents… if there are students assigned to the class.
Clone (or duplicate) class details, year levels and timetables and include students, teachers and subjects.
Click > Clone
Enter a unique class name
Optionally tick to duplicate:
