Learn how to view, create, edit, disable and clone classes.

Before you start

View Classes

  • Login to uEducateUs and expand your browser window so the left-hand main menu is visible.

  • Click the 3-bar hamburger menu at the top left if you can’t see the menu.

  • Click Management > School > Classes.

Create a class

Edit a class

Make modifications to a class.

  • Click Management > School > Classes.

  • Click 🔽 > Edit

  • Make your changes.

  • Click Save when finished.

Disable a class

Remove a class from the timetable and retain for future use.

  • Click Management > School > Classes.

  • Click 🔽 > Disable

  • Tick send notifications to parents… if there are students assigned to the class.

  • Click Disable.

Clone a class

Clone (or duplicate) class details, year levels and timetables and include students, teachers and subjects.

  • Click Management > School > Classes.

  • Click 🔽 > Clone

  • Enter a unique class name

  • Optionally tick to duplicate:

    • Students

    • Subjects

    • Teachers

  • Click Save.
