This FAQ is for Administrators
Administrators can change their password by default.
However, you must grant this privilege to Teachers, Parents and Students.
View School Preferences
Login to uEducateUs and expand your browser window so the left-hand main menu is visible.
Click the 3-bar hamburger menu at the top left if you can’t see the menu.
Click Management > Advanced > School Preferences
Grant or revoke Change Own Password
Click Users and scroll to Select which user types should be able to change their own password
Tick each user type to grant the privilege.
Untick the user types to revoke the privilege.
Click Save when finished.
