This FAQ is for Administrators

Administrators can change their password by default.

However, you must grant this privilege to Teachers, Parents and Students.

View School Preferences

  • Login to uEducateUs and expand your browser window so the left-hand main menu is visible.

  • Click the 3-bar hamburger menu at the top left if you can’t see the menu.

  • Click Management > Advanced > School Preferences

Grant or revoke Change Own Password

  • Click Users and scroll to Select which user types should be able to change their own password

  • Tick each user type to grant the privilege.

  • Untick the user types to revoke the privilege.

  • Click Save when finished.
