Generate Welcome or Inactivity letters

This tutorial is for Administrators

You can generate Welcome or Inactivity letters for parent and guardian user accounts. These provide login account names and passwords and can be distributed by hand or by email.

Step one: view parent letters

 

  • Click Management > Advanced > Parent Letters.

Step two: Generate a welcome letter (optional)

A Welcome letter automatically downloads.

Passwords for accounts included in a Welcome or Inactivity letter are automatically reset.

  • Click Create Parent Letters

  • Choose Welcome Letters.

Step three: Generate an inactivity letter (optional)

  • Click Create Parent Letters.

  • Click Inactivity Letters.

  • Tick Show username to include this in the letter.

  • Enter optional notes from the school

  • Choose the Campus and year level.

  • Click Create when finished.
