NAPLAN Enrolment Report

The NAPLAN enrolement report provides specific student and parent information that is submitted in February each year.

NAPLAN enrolment data

Follow these instructions to gather student address data.

  • Click Management > Data Lists > NAPLAN Enrolment Report

  • Select your campus

  • Click Download

Confirmation Required Columns

The first two columns of this report are error checking columns based on Mother and Father details.

The error checking columns exist of the following error information:

X (Parent Name)

The following details what each component is made up of:

X = Error code

(Parent Name) = Parent Name currently reported for this student on this report.

Error Codes

Error Code 1 = The parent details do not clearly state if the Parent is a Mother or Father of the student.

Error Code 2 = More that one parent has been flagged as a Mother or Father

 

For example, the table below shows the initial two confirmation Required columns and the error explanation.

1 (Judy Citizen)

 

Judy Citizen’s information has been included in the report however she has not been recorded as the Mother of the student.

 

2 (John Citizen)

John Citizen’s information has been included in the report however there is another parent that has been recorded as a Father.

 

 

If no error code exists, then there is a parent recorded as a Mother and or a Father and any recorded data has been included.

The data that occurs after column 2 is the beginning of your NAPLAN enrolment data.
