The NAPLAN enrolement report provides specific student and parent information that is submitted in February each year.

Follow these instructions to gather student address data.
Click Management > Data Lists > NAPLAN Enrolment Report
Select your campus
Click Download
Confirmation Required Columns
The first two columns of this report are error checking columns based on Mother and Father details.
The error checking columns exist of the following error information:
X (Parent Name)
The following details what each component is made up of:
X = Error code
(Parent Name) = Parent Name currently reported for this student on this report.
Error Codes
Error Code 1 = The parent details do not clearly state if the Parent is a Mother or Father of the student.
Error Code 2 = More that one parent has been flagged as a Mother or Father
For example, the table below shows the initial two confirmation Required columns and the error explanation.

| If no error code exists, then there is a parent recorded as a Mother and or a Father and any recorded data has been included. |
The data that occurs after column 2 is the beginning of your NAPLAN enrolment data.

LBOTE status must be determined by the following: if the student or at least one of the student’s parents speaks a language other than English at home, then the LBOTE status of the student must be set to ‘Y’, otherwise use ‘N’.
