Manage interview appointment types

This article is for Administrators

Appointment types give additional criteria you can make available to parents/guardians when making an interview booking. This option is disabled by default.

Before you start

View Interview settings

 

  • Click Management > Advanced > School Preferences > Interviews.

Enable Appointment types

  • Click Management > Advanced > School Preferences > Interviews.

  • Click Yes for the setting Allow parents to select from appointment types

  • Click Save

Add appointment types

  • Click Management > Advanced > School Preferences > Interviews.

  • Click Add.

  • Enter a name for the appointment type

  • Click Save

Disable appointment type

This removes the appointment type for all interviews.

  • Click Management > Advanced > School Preferences > Interviews.

  • Click the slider switch to No.

Delete appointment type

This permanently removes the appointment type from the system. You cannot delete the default appointment types.
