Manage interview appointment types

Appointment types give additional criteria you can make available to parents/guardians when making an interview booking. This option is disabled by default.
Before you start
Make appointment types available in interviews with Manage parent/guardian interview settings
View Interview settings

Click Management > Advanced > School Preferences > Interviews.
Enable Appointment types
Click Management > Advanced > School Preferences > Interviews.
Click Yes for the setting Allow parents to select from appointment types
Click Save
Add appointment types
Click Management > Advanced > School Preferences > Interviews.
Click Add.
Enter a name for the appointment type
Click Save
Disable appointment type
This removes the appointment type for all interviews.
Click Management > Advanced > School Preferences > Interviews.
Click the slider switch to No.
Delete appointment type
This permanently removes the appointment type from the system. You cannot delete the default appointment types.
