Setting custom time periods for incident graphs

This FAQ is for Administrators

Administrators and authorised users can find Incident graphs on the Incident dashboard to help track trends in the Incident logs.

  • Click Well-Being > Incidents.

The Number of overall incidents by time period graph tracks when Incidents are committed throughout the day, and displays Incidents in one hour increments by default.

Follow these instructions to customise the increments displayed for this graph:

  • Click Management > Preferences.

  • Scroll to the Time Periods section.

  • Click Add new period.

  • Add a name to the Label field for clear identification (this is required).

  • Set the start time and end time.

  • Click Save once all the required time periods are created.
