uEducateUs comes with built-in attendance codes.

These can be linked to custom absent notes, which can be set for internal use only, or for staff, parents and guardians.

Step one: view custom absence notes

  • Login to uEducateUs and expand your browser window so the left-hand main menu is visible.

  • Click the 3-bar hamburger menu at the top left if you can’t see the menu.

  • Click Attendance > Absent Notes.

Edit custom absent note

  • Click 🔽 > Edit for the absent note type.

  • Make your changes.

  • Click Save.

Disable or enable custom absent note

This makes the selected absent note type unavailable for use.

  • Click 🔽 > Disable for an enabled absent note; or

  • Click 🔽 >Enable for a disabled absent note.

Delete a custom absent note

  • Click 🔽 > Delete.

  • Click Delete on the confirmation message.
