All users are sent notification emails when a uEducateUs account is created. The email includes your username and password.

Where do I find my username?

Here’s how to find your username if you’ve forgotten it.

In the Mobile application…

In your web browser…

  • Tap the hamburger menu then My Profile

  • Click My Profile

Can I Change my username?

Teachers, Parents and Students must contact their school to change their username.

However, if your school Administrator has granted Privileges > Change username you can follow these instructions.

View my profile

  • Login to uEducateUs and expand your browser window so the left-hand main menu is visible.

  • Click the 3-bar hamburger menu at the top left if you can’t see the menu.

  • Click My Profile.

Change your username

uEducateUs checks all usernames. If you’ve entered one already in use, you’ll be prompted to try again.

  • Click Change Username.

  • Enter a new username and your password.

  • Click Save when finished.
