This Article is for Administrators granted Mange Case Note Categories
Case note subcategories provide checkboxes and additional fields for data entry.
Before you start
Create a Case Notes Category with Manage Case Note Categories
View Case Notes
Login to uEducateUs and expand your browser window so the left-hand main menu is visible.
Click the 3-bar hamburger menu at the top left if you can’t see the menu.
Click Well-Being > Case Notes
Add subcategories to a case note category
Edit the category
Click Manage Categories
Click π½ on the category > Edit Category.
Add subcategories
Repeat these steps as many times as required.
Click + Add under Subcategories (Optional).
Add a subcategory name.
Enable or disable the subcategory by clicking the slider.
Yes to enable
No to disable
Enable or disable notifications (if set on parent category)
Yes to enable
No to disable
Save and exit
Click Save when youβre finished editing the Category.
Disable a subcategory
Click Manage Categories
Click π½ on the category > Edit Category.
Click the Enabled slider to No for your subcategory.
Click Save
Delete a subcategory
Click Manage Categories
Click π½ on the category > Edit Category.
Click π for your subcategory.
Click Save
