An administrator can reset any user password, and generate a Paper Login which can be downloaded and printed, or emailed direct to the user.
View all users
Login to uEducateUs and expand your browser window so the left-hand main menu is visible.
Click the 3-bar hamburger menu at the top left if you can’t see the menu.
Click Management > People
Click the user type: Student, Parent, Teacher or Administrator.
Change user password
Click 🔽 > Change Password for the user.
Confirm the username.
Tick Generate random new password
Enter your administrator password.
Click Save.
Download or email paper login
The paper login is a file that contains the user account name and password.
Click Management > Advanced > Paper Login.
A paper login can be downloaded or emailed. Your selections are reset if you click the Next page numbers at the bottom of the page Tick each user name Click Download selected paper logins. Click OK on the confirmation message. Emails can only be sent to users with a valid email address. Tick each user name Click Email selected paper logins Click OK on the confirmation messageDownload paper login
Email paper logins to selected users
