uEducateUs can be configured to grant or revoke access privileges on student overviews, due to custody arrangements, or court orders.

This is a two-step process:

  • First grant privileges to any newly authorised parent/guardian account

  • Then revoke privileges for unauthorised parent/guardians

Granting privileges on student overviews

These steps do not revoke existing:

  • Click Management > People > Parents > Edit parent

  • Click Students

  • Click Add Student

  • Search for the student and enter the relationship (e.g., sole custody, case worker, etc)

  • Click Save.

Revoking privileges on student overviews

  • Click Management > People > Parents > Edit parent

  • Click Students

  • Click the Cog button on the student > Remove.
