This FAQ is for Parents and Students
Semester reports can be viewed by all users at any time with a uEducateUs account.
Parents and guardians may be prevented from viewing specific students and their reports due to custody or legal orders. Please contact your school if you believe this is in error.
Before you start
You’ll need a uEducateUs account to view and print semester reports. Contact your school if you don’t have one.
Reset and change my password if you’ve forgotten your password.
View menu
Login to uEducateUs and expand your browser window so the left-hand main menu is visible.
Click the 3-bar hamburger menu at the top left if you can’t see the menu.
Students, parents and guardians
Students can view their own reports, while parents can view their assigned children’s reports.
Step one: view all reports
Click Reporting.
Click Current, Senior or Past depending on the report you want to view.
Step two: filter (optional)
View a subset of reports based on filter selections.
Click Filter and select the relevant semester and year
Click Apply filter.
Click Clear filter to restore the default view
Step three: view the report
Click View on the report.
Make a selection from Viewing subject to view the overview, comments, and subjects.
Click Print to download a copy of the report for printing.
Teachers and Administrators
Teachers can view student reports for classes they are assigned to. Principals and Administrators can view all reports within their assigned campuses.
Click Reporting > F-10 > View Past Reports
Click Filter and select the relevant semester and year
Click View on the report.
