When you open the permission slip, you can:
view consent date, start and end dates in the student diary
add an emergency contact
add medical conditions teachers should be aware of
add comments
consent to medical interventions in emergency situations
accept or decline the event.
Step one: view a permission slip
View a permission slip to learn about what’s involved, dates, times and requirements.
Login to uEducateUs and expand your browser window so the left-hand main menu is visible.
Click the 3-bar hamburger menu at the top left if you can’t see the menu.
Click Permission slips.
Click View on the permission slip.
