This FAQ is for Administrators

You can follow these instructions to add or update the photo of an individual student.

Before you start

  • Save a student photo to your computer.

View Students

  • Login to uEducateUs and expand your browser window so the left-hand main menu is visible.

  • Click the 3-bar hamburger menu at the top left if you can’t see the menu.

  • Click Management > People > Students.

Add or change photo

You’ll find a black placeholder, or existing photograph on the far left of the Edit Student page.

  • Click 🔽 > Edit on the student.

  • Now click either:

    • Add photo to replace the black placeholder image, or

    • Change photo to replace an existing image.

  • Click Choose File and browse your computer for the new image.

  • Click Save when finished.

Delete photo

  • Click 🔽 > Edit on the student.

  • Click Delete photo, on the left side of the screen beneath the photo.

  • Click Save when finished.
