This FAQ is for:

Administrators
Reports released in prior semesters are historical records.
They cannot be edited for the following reasons:
They have been viewed by parents and students
Parent Teacher interviews have taken place and the report specifics discussed
Scores have been recorded in Cases21 (where relevant)
If the situation arises where an archived report does need to be edited, the school Principal must make a request in writing to the uEducateUs customer support team. The turnaround time fo these requests may be up to 72 hours.
