This FAQ is for:

  • Principals

  • Administrators

Reports released in prior semesters are historical records.
They cannot be edited for the following reasons:

  • They have been viewed by parents and students

  • Parent Teacher interviews have taken place and the report specifics discussed

  • Scores have been recorded in Cases21 (where relevant)

If the situation arises where an archived report does need to be edited, the school Principal must make a request in writing to the uEducateUs customer support team. The turnaround time fo these requests may be up to 72 hours.
