These steps should be performed once per school year.

  • Collect a list of students who are to remain in the current year level.

  • Collect a list of students approved for enrollment in the new year.

  • Expire the current year's classes (if running rollover in current year)

Step one: view new year rollover

  • Check to see if any classes are still active

    • Management > School > Classes

    • If they are, set the class end date to your Attendance end date. This should also be your end of school year date.

  • View your new near rollover

    • Click Management > Advanced > New Year Rollover.
