These steps should be performed once per school year. |
Once you’ve confirmed all attendance rolls are complete, you can perform the Private School Rollover process.
Once complete, the following will occur:
Manually selected students will remain in their current school year;
All other students are moved to the next year level
Login privileges are revoked for:
Graduating Year 6 primary school students
Graduating Year 12 high school students
Parent and guardian accounts with no active students.
Classes are expired and attendance locked for the current year.
Collect a list of students who are to remain in the current year level.
Collect a list of students approved for enrollment in the new year.
Expire the current year's classes (if running rollover in current year)
Check to see if any classes are still active
Management > School > Classes
If they are, set the class end date to your Attendance end date. This should also be your end of school year date.
View your new near rollover
Click Management > Advanced > New Year Rollover.
Repeat these steps as required.
Enter the first three characters of the student name.
Select the student from the drop list.
Click x on the student name if you’ve added them in error.
Students enrolled for the following year must be excluded from the new year rollover. |
Enter the first three characters of the newly enrolled student’s name.
Select the students from the drop list.
Click x on the student name if you’ve added them in error.
Issues will occur if Confirm is clicked more than once. |
Click Next to continue.
Confirm the details of the rollover.
Click Confirm when ready.
