This will quickly guide you through the steps you must complete to begin using LivMate.

Step 1 - Registering your venue

Login details:

  • Trading Name

  • Email address

  • Password

Business Information:

  • Business Name

  • ABN

Venue information:

  • Venue Name

  • Address

  • Phone & email

Contact Information

  • Name

  • Address

  • Phone and email

Your now ready to login and setup your venue.

Accept the User agreement

Step 2 - Setup your venue

Menu > Admin

Create you:

  • *Areas

  • *Zones

  • *Tables

Create your Barcodes (QR Code):

  • Contact Tracing

  • Visitor

  • Staff

  • Booking

*Areas, Zones and Tables are optional and not required to complete your setup unless your using Booking functions.

Print your QR Code by clicking Print Preview

Your venue is ready to collect contact tracing, visitor, staff and patron information.

Step 3 - Collecting information

Patron scans QR Code

Registered Users

  • tick In box

  • Submit details

Proceed without registration
Patron records:

  • First Name

  • Phone Number

  • Submit details

*Not all venues will be required to check out patrons or assign tables

Upon submitting the patron information, it is updated to the Contact Tracing, Visitor, Staff or Current Bookings section of LivMate.
