This FAQ is for Administrators and Teachers
Reports take varying amounts of time to compile. You can monitor the status of the report and download it using the Download Manager.
Most reports supply a link to the Download Manager when you generate them, but if they don’t:
Click Management > Download Manager
Locate the required report
Click Download
To generate a current copy of the report (based on the parameters of the original report):
Click Re-run
All reports will be removed from the Download Manager after 30 days, but you can change this using the option at the top of the page.
