Public schools will need to confirm phone numbers are correct in Cases21

Private school administrators should follow these instructions to update phone numbers for students, staff and parents.

Phone numbers need to be accurate to avoid sending SMS messages (such as announcements and notifications for unexplained absences) to the wrong recipient.

Before you start

It may be useful to generate one or both these reports to cross-check phone numbers.

View People

  • Login to uEducateUs and expand your browser window so the left-hand main menu is visible.

  • Click the 3-bar hamburger menu at the top left if you can’t see the menu.

  • Click Management > People

Update phone numbers

  • Choose the user type:

    • Students

    • Parents

    • Teachers

    • Administrators

    • Other People

  • Click 🔽 >Edit for the user

  • Scroll to Contact Numbers

  • Enter the correct Mobile Number

  • Click Save
