This FAQ is for Administrators, Teachers, Parents, Students
Past semester reports can be viewed by all users at any time with a uEducateUs account.
Parents and guardians may be prevented from viewing specific students and their reports due to custody or legal orders. Please contact your school if you believe this is in error.
Before you start
Enable user accounts and issue passwords for students and parents by Creating paper logins
View menu
Login to uEducateUs and expand your browser window so the left-hand main menu is visible.
Click the 3-bar hamburger menu at the top left if you can’t see the menu.
Students, parents and guardians
Students can view their own reports, while parents can view their assigned children’s reports.
Click Reporting > Past Reports
Click Filter and select the relevant semester and year
Click View on the report.
Teachers and Administrators
Teachers can view student reports for classes they are assigned to. Principals and Administrators can view all reports within their assigned campuses.
Click Reporting > F-10 > View Past Reports
Click Filter and select the relevant semester and year
Click View on the report.
