Grant or revoke privileges on student accounts for parents or guardians

uEducateUs can be configured to grant or revoke access privileges on student overviews, due to custody arrangements, or court orders.

This is a two-step process:

• First grant privileges to any newly authorized parent/guardian account

• Then revoke privileges for unauthorized parent/guardians

Granting privileges on student overviews

These steps do not revoke existing

• Click Management > People > Parents > Edit parent

• Click Students.

• Click Add Student

• Search for the student and enter the relationship (e.g., sole custody, case worker, etc)

• Click Save.

Revoking privileges on student overviews

• Click Management > People > Parents > Edit parent

• Click Students.

• Click the Cog button on the student > Remove.
