uEducateUs can be configured to grant or revoke access privileges on student overviews, due to custody arrangements, or court orders.
This is a two-step process:
First grant privileges to any newly authorised parent/guardian account
Then revoke privileges for unauthorised parent/guardians
Click Management > People > Parent
Click Edit on the parent.
Click Add Student
Search for the student and enter the relationship (e.g., sole custody, case worker, etc)
Click Management > People > Parents > Edit parent
Click the Cog button on the student > Remove.
