Appointment types give additional criteria you can make available to parents/guardians when making an interview booking. There are three built-in appointment types which cannot be deleted.

• onsite at school

• onsite - interpreter

• onsite access assistance

Appointment types are enabled by default.

Before you start

• Make appointment types available in interviews with Manage parent/guardian interview settings

View Interview settings

• Click Management > Advanced > School Preferences > Interviews.

Add appointment types

• Click Management > Advanced > School Preferences > Interviews.

• Click Add.

• Enter a name for the appointment type

• Click Save

Disable appointment type

This removes the appointment type for all interviews.

• Click Management > Advanced > School Preferences > Interviews.

• Click the slider switch to No.

Delete appointment type

This permanently removes the appointment type from the system. You cannot delete the default appointment types.
