You can view attendance records for individual students or whole classes.

View attendance record

• Click Attendance > Attendance record

Filter student attendance record

You can display a subset of students with the page filter to quickly see percentage of their present attendance marks. Use one or more filter options as required.

• Click Attendance > Attendance record > Students.

• Click Filter and select one or all of:

  • Campus

  • Year Level

  • Student Status

• Enter a student name if required.

• Click Apply Filter.

• Click Clear Filter to restore the default view.

Filter class attendance records

You can display a subset of classes with the page filter.

• Click Attendance > Attendance record > Classes.

• Click Filter and select one or all of:

  • Campus

  • Year Level

• Enter a class name

• Click Apply Filter.

• Click Clear Filter to restore the default view.

View student attendance summary

View the total number of periods marked with certain attendance types.

• Click Attendance > Attendance record.

• Click View summary

View detailed student attendance record

View a list of all attendance marks given to the student. Particular attendance records can be changed here.

• Click Attendance > Attendance record.

• Click > Detailed Record for the student.

View class attendance

You can view detailed attendance records for each of your classes. This report may take time to generate.

• Click Attendance > Attendance record > Classes.

• Click View.

Filter attendance by date

You can display a subset of class attendance on the Summary and Detailed Record tabs.

• Click Summary or Detailed Record.

• Enter a start and/or end date.

• Click Filter.

• Click Clear filter to restore the default view.
