This FAQ is for Administrators granted Monitor Conversations |
An administrator granted Monitor Conversations can invisibly watch all conversations in the system.
Click Communication > Conversations
View a list of all conversations currently in the system and view the messages.
Click Global Conversations.
Click View on each conversation.
You can filter the list of conversations by date or by participant name
Click Filter.
Enter a start and/or end date.
Enter a participant name.
Click Apply Filter when ready.
Click Clear Filter to display all conversations.
