This article is for Administrators that have been granted Monitor Conversations |
An administrator granted Monitor Conversations can invisibly watch all conversations in the system.
Click Communication > Conversations
To view a list of all conversations currently in the system and view individual messages.
Click Global Conversations.
Click View on each conversation.
You can filter the list of conversations by date or by participant name
Click Filter
Enter a start and/or end date
Enter a participant name
Click Apply Filter when ready.
Click Clear Filter to display all conversations.
