Some reports take time to compile, and to save your time, they’re saved to the Download Manager.

View Download Manager

• Click Management > Download Manager

Change the order of reports

You can click each header column to reorder the reports.

• Date Generated

• Name of Report

• Status

Download your report

• Locate the report

• Click Download

Run the report again

Generate a new copy of the report based on the original settings.

• Locate the report.

• Click Re-run

Delete a report

By default reports are removed after 30 days. But you can delete them if you wish.

• Locate the report.

• Click Delete.

• Click OK on the confirmation message.

Change automatic deletion

By default, reports are removed after 30 days. You can change this threshold with these instructions.

• Click the list field at the top right of the page and select from:

  • 30 days

  • 60 days

  • 90 days
