This FAQ is for Administrators |
Administrators can create repeating announcements which repeat on a specific date, for the working week (monday-friday) or for a full week.
Click Communication > Announcements
Click New Announcement
Enter the title, add your content and the recipients, and if you wish to allow comments.
Tick Repeat Announcement.
Fields | Specify… | Example |

Daily | Number of days | 4 days |
Weekly | Specific days | Monday, Wednesday, Friday |
Monthly | Number of months | 3 months |
Select when the repeating announcement will end:
End of school year
After a specified number of times (e.g., 4 times)
On a specified date (e.g., 20th November 2020)
Click Create when finished.
