Step 1 - Registering your venue

Login details:

  • Trading Name

  • Email address

  • Password

Business Information:

  • Business Name

  • ABN

Venue information:

  • Venue Name

  • Address

  • Phone & email

Contact Information

  • Name

  • Address

  • Phone and email

Your now ready to login and setup your venue.

Accept the User agreement

Step 2 - Setup your customers and venues

Menu > Customers / Venues

Create a Customer for your Home location:

  • Code

  • Description

Menu > Venues

Create your venues (Including your home location):

  • Customer Code

  • Venue Type

  • Name

  • GPS Coordinates

  • GeoFence Radius

Menu > Barcodes

Create your Barcodes (QR Code):

  • Description

  • Effective Date

  • Barcode Type

  • Default Venue

  • Post Question Set

Default Areas, Zones and Tables are optional and not required to complete your setup

Print your QR Code by clicking Print Preview

Your venue is ready to collect visitor, staff and patron information via the QR Code.

Step 3 - Collecting information

Patron scans QR Code

Registered Users

  • tick In box

  • press Next (Questions are enabled) / Submit details

  • If Questions are enabled, check in is completed when Questions are answered and the Submit button is pressed.

Proceed without registration
Patron records:

  • First Name

  • Phone Number

  • Submit details

*Not all venues will be required to check out patrons or assign tables

Upon submitting the patron information, it is updated to the Visitor, Staff or Current Bookings section of LivMate.

Users are checked out automatically after 12hr
