Teachers can mark attendance rolls for students in classes they are assigned.
By default you’ll see the following fields:
Quick attendance options - mark the entire class with the same code
Comment boxes - make comments on individual students
All codes - list of attendance codes
Attendance totals - totals for current class roll.
You can enable or disable these fields in Manage attendance preferences |
Click Attendance.
You can enable or disable attendance fields on different devices.
Individual student attendance may already be marked if your school uses the - Kiosk |
Click Mark for the class.
Select an attendance code for each student
Add comments if required.
Primary schools mark in AM or PM, while High schools mark in periods.
Click Mark Attendance.
You can mark a whole class with the same attendance code.
Click Mark for the class.
Select an attendance code on the All students row at the top of the page.
Primary schools mark in AM or PM, while High schools mark in periods.
Click Mark Attendance.
